TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required to secure (hold) the unit in your name. THIS DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS  OR THE ITEM WILL BE RE-LISTED. This is to be paid BY CASH (IN PERSON), ZELLE TRANSFER,  CASH APP, INTERAC E-TRANSFER, MONEY ORDER.  The remainder is due within 7 days to be paid by Cash (in-person) or the above-stated means.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Payment must be received within 7 days or an Unpaid Item will be re-listed for sale.

NOTE:

THE DEPOSIT FEE IS ONLY MEANT FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THE FULL AMOUNT AND ARE WILLING TO HAVE US KEEP THE GOLF CART FOR THEM  UNDER THEIR NAMES TO COME UP WITH THE FULL AMOUNT WITHIN 7 DAYS.
